Mr. Bryan Boykin is an associate with Creative Leadership Solutions and an experienced school administrator with more than 20 years in education. His career includes service as a special education teacher, school counselor, assistant principal, and principal, reflecting his commitment to student success and inclusive learning. He began his career as an elementary special education teacher, developing IEPs and supportive strategies for diverse learners. As a school counselor, he created comprehensive programs addressing academic, social-emotional, and career needs. His leadership and communication skills led to his role as assistant principal, where he strengthened school culture and advanced effective policies. Mr. Boykin currently serves as principal of Williamsburg Middle School, guiding school improvement, professional development, and data-driven practices. Under his leadership, the school earned recognition as a National Blue Ribbon School.
