Dr. Terry Metzger has over 35 years experience in PK-12 education, serving as a teacher, principal and superintendent. In addition to teaching educational leadership at the university level, Terry coaches and mentors new and aspiring educational leaders throughout California. Her current work includes implementation of equitable grading practices and collaborative learning teams, and strategic planning for improved student outcomes.
