Michelle Ahn has served schools in historically underserved neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles for 18 years, beginning her work in 2007. She has held a wide range of roles including classroom teacher, principal, and emergent bilingual specialist. Michelle served as a principal within one of the largest public charter management organizations in the nation and was a founding administrator of a high school, where she helped build systems focused on equitable access and student success. Her expertise centers on collaborative learning teams and developing schoolwide structures that empower educators to work collectively toward improved outcomes for all students. Michelle is passionate about fostering cultures where teachers feel supported, students feel seen, and families are valued partners.
