Lauren Mahoney serves as the Director of Operations for Creative Leadership Solutions and has been a core member of the team since 2016. She leads day-to-day operational planning and execution, working closely with Associates to support the seamless delivery of CLS’s industry-leading professional development and coaching. Lauren also facilitates the full proposal and contracting process with clients—partnering from initial scoping and drafting through final agreements—ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely execution. In addition, she supports and strengthens client relationships by helping translate client visions into actionable plans and smooth engagements.Lauren brings deep experience in education and holds a B.A. in Clinical Counseling Psychology, along with an M.S. and C.A.G.S. in School Psychology. She is passionate about fostering healthy, inclusive educational environments that help children of all needs and backgrounds thrive.
