Dr. Laura Hudson is an Assistant Professor of Educational Administration at Western Kentucky University, with 17 years of experience teaching high school science and 12 years in educational leadership roles, including serving as a principal and director of secondary education. Her research interests focus on principal preparation, instructional leadership, AI usage in educational leadership preparation programs, and curriculum development. She currently works with graduate students pursuing master’s degrees in school administration, post-graduate certifications in school leadership, and doctoral students in educational leadership. She is passionate about coaching systems for improvement and leadership development.
