Krissy Machamer

Krissy Machamer is a veteran educational leader with nearly three decades of experience advancing teaching and learning across K–12 systems. She has served in multiple leadership roles, including principal, assistant principal, district literacy coach, regional director, and instructional consultant. Krissy currently works nationally as an Associate with Creative Leadership Solutions, supporting school and district leaders in strengthening Collaborative Learning Team effectiveness, instructional practices, and systems for continuous improvement. Previously, she directed State Support Team Region 16, overseeing regional work in literacy, PBIS, special education, family engagement, and school improvement. Her career also includes extensive experience as a classroom teacher, literacy coach, and media specialist, along with current roles in higher education as an adjunct professor, course evaluator, and student teacher supervisor. Known for her collaborative leadership and data-informed decision-making, Krissy remains deeply committed to helping schools build equitable, high-quality learning experiences for all students.
