Kimberly Gutelius brings over 35 years of service experience to Creative Leadership Solutions. As the Coordinator of Operations, she supports the Senior Leadership Team, assists with daily operations, and works to create efficiencies within the organization. Throughout her career, she has lived in nine different states, gaining valuable insights from diverse professional environments. While serving as a GED teacher in a high-poverty area, she developed a strong passion for fairness and opportunity in education. Her life and professional experiences led her to join the Creative Leadership Solutions Team, where she effectively applies her skills to help leaders and educators pursue equity in education. Kimberly is a proud graduate of Ohio University.
