Jodi Anderson has successfully served in education for 25 years with a fierce passion for engagement and equitable practice in the classroom. A former classroom teacher, Jodi has also been an instructional coach and curriculum director for all subject areas and coaches Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) with customized support. She holds a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and earned Ohio Master Teacher Designation while working at the state level in standards and assessment revision, applying this work at the local level. She has led customized professional development from one-on-one settings to teams to district-level implementations. As a long-time leader in new teacher mentorship and induction to the profession, she has also designed personalized learning for educators in their early teaching years.
