Jo Peters is an associate with Creative Leadership Solutions. She has served over 35 years as teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, principal supervisor of elementary, middle and high school administrators, and as leadership coach. Jo’s passion is coaching educators to draw on their strengths and break through their fears to recognize their greatness, celebrate their knowledge and confidently move forward with determination and assuredness that their collaborative efforts will result in positive outcomes for all their students. She believes that the process of coaching can transform schools to places where every student can thrive and thrive on a daily basis.
