Jessyca is a full-time Associate with Creative Leadership Solutions who partners with schools and districts to strengthen instructional leadership and collaborative practices that improve student learning. She has supported educators across the United States and internationally in public and private school settings. In her career as a principal, coach, and Director of Learning, she has guided teacher teams and school leaders through building effective PLCs, aligning instruction with MTSS, and improving access to grade-level learning for English Learners. Grounded in her background studying ecosystems, Jessyca brings a systems-thinking perspective to school improvement—helping teams build the structures and relationships that allow strong instruction to take hold. She is committed to making professional learning both actionable and sustainable, ensuring that shifts in practice lead to meaningful gains for students.
