Jennifer Bourgeois

In her more than 28 years in education, Dr. Jennifer Bourgeois has been a teacher at the elementary and secondary levels, mentor, supervisor, and administrator at the elementary, secondary, and district levels. She also has been a key member of professional development planning, designing, and presenting on topics that range from designing lessons, using data to drive instruction, creating a culture of inquiry, using equitable practices to remove barriers for students, and implementing continuous improvement practices to help close the achievement gap. Dr. Bourgeois holds a BA in Pure Mathematics, a M.A. in Education with a Crosscultural Language & Academic Development emphasis and a Ph.D. in Urban Leadership. She has been a presenter at various conferences, as well as for the California Department of Education. Dr. Bourgeois is passionate about coaching and inspiring those around her to reach their goals.
