Dr. Gregory VanHorn has a passion for teaching and also utilizes his experience in training a new generation of professionals. He began as a special education teacher in a public-school setting and purposely sought roles such as lead teacher, assistant principal, principal, special education director, and as a state department of education urban specialist. Once his youngest child left for college, both he and his wife returned to their alma mater, Ohio State University, and earned their PH.Ds in Education Policy and Leadership. Greg’s specialty skills, enhanced by a research-based doctoral program, include coaching administrators and teachers, organizing and training collaborative teams, and improving organizational effectiveness.
