How is your school improvement planning process different?
We help schools take several steps beyond traditional school improvement planning by helping leadership teams identify practices they can stop doing to make room for new or refined practices. We collaborate with leaders in synthesizing multiple action plans into a single, prioritized 100-day plan.

What kinds of schools do you support?
We have worked with public, private, and charter schools in almost every state and in many countries. Our partners include large urban, small and medium sized rural districts, and schools with a range of demographics.
