Client Certifications

Our programs are designed to build and sustain internal capacity by creating on-site coaches. A cadre of practitioners participate in a more in-depth examination of content that includes effective implementation, coaching strategies, application of specific content practices, how to provide specific and timely feedback to colleagues and students, and strategies for delivering content and supporting colleagues and site leaders with new learning. Each participant shadows the Associate to learn content delivery methods, coaching techniques, and reinforce essential content.

Our exclusive coaching certification programs will
support both leaders and coaches supporting schools.

The certification process includes three days of on-site intensive training, including role-playing and realistic coaching exercises. This is followed by monthly one-to-one check-ins with all certified coaches and 24/7 “hot line” access to support for all coaches for a full year after certification.

Certifications are valid for three years after the date of certification training, and may be renewed after professional learning for recertification.
This will include updated evidence and practice experiences.
