Antonio is an equity-driven, transformative leader with more than twenty-two years of experience. He is committed to ensuring all students, especially those living in high-poverty and historically marginalized communities, receive a high-quality educational experience. He is an instructional leader trained to support teams, including professional learning communities, as well as supporting leaders with implementing continuous improvement systems. 

He is now focused on school and district level leadership development as well as designing and supporting coherent and equitable systems. A doctoral candidate, his working dissertation title is "Futurity and Well-being: Perspectives of Black, Indigenous People of Color Principals". Antonio lives with beautiful wife and daughter in California.
